PROJECT PROPOSAL
-
We schedule a walkthrough of the project site. We assess your storage systems by evaluating function and potential. We discuss your current conditions and learn how you interact with your belongings and your spaces. We will share ideas and potential ways to resolve challenges and meet your goals. All these details are used to create a project proposal. This provides you with an estimate for our services, provide a baseline in defining a budget for overall project costs, and our visions in how we can transform your spaces.
-DECLUTTER-
Working through one space at a time, we sort and categorize your belongings. This allows us to present your belongings in an organized way, to make the decision making process approachable and effective. We coach you through your thoughts to help overcome barriers, resolve feelings of guilt, and empower you to confidently distinguish between what to keep and what to let go. We provide insight and perspective to help you gain more clarity about how to make the best deicisons. Our clients are consistently shocked at how much they let go. They also usually need a nap after we leave.
-DESIGN-
We take what you are keeping to zone spaces and create the new 'workflow'. We stage layouts for arrangement of items and take measurements. Our team then designs storage configurations, source materials and products, procure goods and manage the delivery of items.
-IMPLEMENT-
Once materials and products are received, we coordinate all the appropriate resources to assemble and mount systems into spaces. We layout all the organizing accessories according to the zone plans, transfer belongings into the new arrangement and label accordingly. The final step is presenting you with a transformed space and a walkthrough of your new routine.

We believe organizational challenges are waterfall effects and NOT siloed into a singular drawer, cabinet or closet. You may come to us saying your pantry is a disaster. Our response will be that we need to look your overall kitchen storage as well as all the other places you are stashing kitchen related items. Which may include a space in the basement and/or a separate closet away from the kitchen area itself. The problem might be the most severe in one space, however this is just where all the problems are accumulating. In order to reduce the risk of spaces reverting back, we look for the cornerstones of the issues and work forward from there. The challenges people are trying to solve is rarely in a singular space. Our clients understand this and invest in our approach to make meaningful long term changes.

WE DEFINE BOUNDARIES - NOT RULES

A lot of people ask us - 'how many should I have of this?' or 'what is the rule when it come to this?'. Our response, there is no RULE. We are going to help you define BOUNDARIES. Rules convey punitive consequences. Boundaries convey respect. Boundaries mean limits. Our goal is to help people understand their own personal limits, the limits of their storage space and to respect those limits. We then create organizational systems which support these boundaries.
